Whiskey Sour

A frothy, tangy, and smooth classic that beautifully marries the warmth of whiskey with the brightness of citrus.

Ingredients

  • Bourbon: 2 oz
  • Lemon Juice: 1 oz
  • Simple Syrup: 0.75 oz
  • Egg White: 1 (optional)

Instructions

If using egg white, 'dry shake' all ingredients without ice first. Then, add ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain into a coupe or rocks glass.
